Chilliwack Hospice Society Journey Forward Workshop 2016 took place on April 21, 2016

On April 21, 2016. the Chilliwack Hospice Society in partnership with – Stó:lo Nation Health Services, Dignity Woodlawn, Henderson’s and First Memorial Homes, Fraser Health – Aboriginal Health, Sumas First Nation, and Aboriginal Child and Youth Mental Health successfully hosted the 3rd” annual Journey Forward workshop. Designed for front line professionals and community members, workshop participants were provided with information and resources about how to help children, teens and families to become trauma-informed and practical tools to support children, youth and families about grief and loss.
